The documents required depend on the specific application. During your consultation we provide a checklist tailored to your matter, and we help you prepare and organise everything before submission.

Processing times are set by the relevant government department, immigration authority, embassy, consulate, regulatory body or financial institution, and are outside our control. We cannot guarantee any processing time. We work to prepare and submit your application promptly and keep you informed as it progresses.

No. We cannot guarantee the approval or processing time of any visa, residency application, work permit, Minister's Permit, citizenship application, business registration or bank account application. All decisions rest solely with the relevant authority. What we can do is prepare and organise your application carefully and give it the best possible presentation.

Permanent residency in Trinidad and Tobago may be pursued through several pathways, including long residence, the work permit route and marriage, among others. During your consultation we help identify which pathway fits your circumstances and prepare the supporting documentation.
